Japanese vending machines

It is no news that vending machines are popular in Japan.

This one here is probably too famous:
Hot Menu: fried rice, hamburgers, fries, Takoyaki, etc.

But this one here was new to me:
Vending machine at Inokashira Park in Tokyo

Canned insects and canned bread vending machine!! 😲

Top row from the left: Hachinoko (canned bee larvae), Inago (canned sweetened crickets), canned bread...strawberry and chocolate cream.

Bottom row: cat coin case in different variations.

The bee babies and cricket cans up close:

Yes, that's 2,300 yen for bee larvae!
