BBQ on a typical Japanese kitchen stove top

My Brazilian husband's favorite word is Churrasco, which is Portuguese for BBQ.

He is super passionate when it comes to Churrasco.

He is always thinking and talking about it, sometimes family decisions are made around it, and he most likely dreams about it too.

His dream is to own a house with a big yard so he can have Churrasco parties every weekend, if not every day.

We have lots of BBQ gadgets including grills in different sizes, I lost count of what we actually own.

Usually we enjoy outdoor BBQ on a sunny day, but one day, he decided to bring the BBQ grill inside the house.

He set our small grill with charcoal on our stove top and started grilling vegetables sausages, meat, fish and meat.

Beef and sausages

Tilapia loins and Eringi mushrooms

Our kitchen and living room had a nice BBQ charcoal smell that lasted a couple of days, but it was worth it 😆
